The appeal was based on their employer’s determination that they should be reported to the Wisconsin Retirement System as General Category employees instead of protective category employees with Social Security.

This report presents the results of the annual actuarial valuation of benefit liabilities and costs of the Long-Term Disability Insurance Plan (LTDI) as of December 31, 2011.
If you make this election, 50% of all your future WRS employee and employer required contributions and additional contributions will be deposited in the Variable Fund. The other 50% will be invested in the Core Fund.
