The results of the 3-year investigation of experience of the Wisconsin Retirement System are presented in this report. The investigation was made for the purpose of updating the actuarial assumptions used in valuing the actuarial liabilities of the Wisconsin Retirement System in compliance with Section 40.03(5)(b) of the Wisconsin Statutes.
The Group Insurance Board today examined the cost effectiveness of bariatric surgery and adding coverage of weight-loss drugs in the State of Wisconsin Group Health Insurance Program.

Today, the Group Insurance Board approved benefit changes for plan year 2026. In addition, the Board decided to not adjust cost-sharing for any of the Group Health Insurance Program plan designs offered.
