Any employers interested in joining a WPE benefit program or changing their program offerings must file their resolution before October 1. ETF expects this resolution suspension to last through 2025.
The Group Insurance Board today discussed initiatives that would support program affordability for members, program innovation, and the overall sustainability of the State of Wisconsin Group Health Insurance Program. The Board also approved the release of several requests for proposal.

The No Surprises Act (the Act) is a part of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021 (CAA). The CAA was passed by the U.S. Congress in December of 2020.
