2022 Well Wisconsin Program

The Well Wisconsin program is available to subscribers and spouses enrolled in the Group Health Insurance Program via a partnership with WebMD. Participants can earn a taxable $150 gift card by completing a health check, health assessment, and well-being activity.

Important HSA Program Information

You must incur all eligible expenses for the 2023 benefit period by December 31, 2023. For the 2024 benefit period, you must incur all eligible expenses by December 31, 2024. The Health Savings Account (HSA) can only be used to pay for eligible medical expenses incurred after your HSA was established.

While you should always try to submit requests for distribution during the same plan year in which the expense was incurred, there is no deadline to request an HSA distribution.

All unused HSA funds carry over year-to-year without forfeiture.

RFI - Medicare Advantage Group Health Insurance Program

The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to solicit information from vendors who possess the resources and expertise to insure and administer group Medicare Advantage health insurance benefits for members in the State of Wisconsin and the Wisconsin Public Employer (Local) Group Health Insurance Programs (GHIPs), managed by the Wisconsin Department of Employee Trust Funds (ETF) with oversight by the State of Wisconsin Group Insurance Board (Board).
