The Group Insurance Board yesterday received an update on preliminary rate setting for the Group Health Insurance Program, amid rising health benefit costs. The Board also voted against offering a new pharmacy cost-savings program in 2024 and addressed other business.
This news for state employers provides information on 2024 insurance rates, as well as updates for the 2024 plan year. The 2024 health benefits open enrollment period is September 25 - October 20, 2023.
