Department News May 21, 2025 4:30pm GIB Approves Health Insurance Program Rates for 2026 Today, the Group Insurance Board set premium rates for the 2026 plan year. In addition, the Board approved the health plan service area qualifications and other benefits of the State of Wisconsin Group Health Insurance Program.
