The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from interested and qualified parties who can provide third-party administration services for the Well Wisconsin Program (Program), which includes well-being, mental health, and chronic condition management. The Program is offered as part of the State of Wisconsin Group Health Insurance Program (GHIP). This solicitation includes three RFPs:
