Virtual Fitness Class Series, Nov. 10—Dec. 8
Weekly on Mondays at 4 pm, Note: There will be NO class the week of Nov. 24

A virtual variety of festive fitness classes, including the following:

Nov. 10: Joy with Resistance Bands—This strength class will be focused on using movements designed to build strength using Resistance Bands. These will be full body strength sessions. Level: Intermediate

Nov. 17: Thankful for Tabata—Get ready to sweat! Tabata training is a scientifically proven method to maximize results in a short amount of time. These Tabata classes will take you through a series of four-minute intense intervals with brief recovery periods. Expect to get a full-body workout that helps to boost your endurance. Dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, and body weight exercises will be used throughout the series. Level: Advanced

Dec. 1: Seasonal Body Weight Strength—This series will incorporate full body strength exercises using only your body weight. No equipment required. Participants can expect to be challenged through dynamic movements. Level: Intermediate to Advanced

Dec. 8: Happy Holidays HIIT—In this High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) series, participants will develop strength and increase fitness through specifically programmed periods of work and rest. Classes will be dynamic, fast paced, and challenging. 

Level: Intermediate to Advanced
