The Well Wisconsin program is available to subscribers and spouses enrolled in the State of Wisconsin or Wisconsin Public Employers Group Health Insurance Program via a partnership with WebMD. Participants earn a taxable $150 gift card by completing a health check, health assessment, and well-being activity, except for Medicare Advantage members who can earn incentives through UnitedHealthCare.

Help Us Reach 50,000 Participants in 2022

At the close of 2021, we had almost 48,000 members earn the Well Wisconsin incentive, up from 42,500 in 2020. The Well Wisconsin team is excited to see this bounce back, particularly with the transition to WebMD in 2021. With a goal of reaching 50,000 in 2022, ETF is asking employers to continue assisting with communications and promotion. New information will be sent mid-month throughout the year with targeted information for you to share with your employees. Please distribute throughout your organization on bulletin boards, newsletters, emails, etc.

February promotion: The Stressless Challenge is available starting February 28. The four-week challenge will provide registered participants with weekly tips for managing stress. Participants who track at least five minutes of stress-reducing activity for 21 days will earn their well-being activity credit for their incentive.

Kindness at Work: Participants who participate in at least 21 kindness, self-compassion, or well-being activities from the calendar can complete a short survey to receive an employer-sponsored activity code to count toward their well-being activity incentive credit.

Well Wisconsin for Members Web Page

Last year, ETF released a new web page to support members with accessing information about the program. If you haven’t yet, we encourage you to review the Well Wisconsin for Members page and link to it on your intranet pages or post some of the materials, like the launch poster around your building or provide the launch flyer in new employee packets.

Well Wisconsin for Employers Web Page

There’s also a dedicated Well Wisconsin for Employers page for you, our employers. This has information on scheduling onsite health screenings, hosting employer-sponsored activities and more. Please bookmark this page for your reference and get your onsite health screening request in.
