An issue requiring employers using myETF Benefits to frequently clear cached images and files has been resolved. Employers no longer need to clear cache to use myETF Benefits.

Employers using myETF Benefits should clear cached images and files frequently for the best user experience. Please contact your agency’s help desk with questions on clearing your Internet browser’s cache.
Steps to clear cache in Chrome and Microsoft Edge:
- Click hamburger (three dots) in upper right corner
- Click Settings, then Privacy
- Go to Clear Browsing Data
- Select Cached images and files ONLY
- Click on Clear now or Clear Data
Steps to clear cache in Explorer browser:
- Click Gear Icon in upper right corner
- Click Safety
- Click Delete Browsing History
- Select Temporary Internet Files ONLY
- Click Delete
