The Department of Employee Trust Funds will be closed for a half day on Tuesday, September 19, 2023, 7:00 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. ETF will be holding a business event for staff. Customer service phone lines and other services will be available at 12:45 p.m.
During the closure, Wisconsin Retirement System members and employers are encouraged to use the ETF website for benefits-related information, tools, and resources.
Our regular hours of operation will resume on Wednesday, September 20:
- Customer Service Call Center Hours: 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (CST), Monday through Friday
- Office Hours at Hill Farms State Office Building and Employer Services: 7:45 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (CST), Monday through Friday
