May is Mental Health Awareness Month
Group Health Insurance Program members have access to a variety of mental health resources through their health insurance. No matter where you are on scale of mental health, you may find something that can help. If you just want to build your connections with others, you may find Well Wisconsin’s Togetherall or Community a good option. To build your resilience or manage stress, we encourage you to try meQuilibrium. Or, if you are struggling, review your medical and pharmacy coverage. Learn more about all of these resources on ETF’s Mental Health Resources webpage. Call or text the 988 crisis lifeline if you need immediate help.
