State Health Insurance Manual (ET-1118) Updated July 2023

ETF has updated the State Health Insurance Standards, Guidelines, and Administration Employer Manual (ET-1118). Please disregard any previous versions of this manual. 

• Chapter 4 (401) now includes details, including hyperlinks, on what employers are required to provide newly eligible employees (health benefits materials, and COBRA and HIPPA notices).
