The Wisconsin Department of Employee Trust Funds (ETF) is seeking input from interested parties on Application Programming Interface (API) and Event Management (EM). The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to solicit information from qualified vendors that possess the resources and expertise to offer software licensing, hosting, and implementation services for API and EM. 

Responses to this RFI will be reviewed by ETF and may be used to determine if a vendor meets ETF’s needs and is available for collaboratively contracting through another entity.

This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. Responses to this RFI will not be returned. Responses to this RFI are not an offer and cannot be accepted by ETF to form a binding contract. ETF is not liable for any cost incurred by the vendor in responding to this RFI.

This RFI is authorized under Chapter 16 of the Wisconsin State Statutes.

Any news releases or release of broadcast e-mails pertaining to this RFI shall not be made without the prior written approval of the State of Wisconsin or ETF.

Questions may be submitted as indicated in the RFI via email to ETFSMBProcurement@etf.wi.gov by May 22, 2020.

The deadline for ETF’s receipt of a response for this RFI is June 12, 2020, by 2:00 PM Central Time submitted to ETFSMBProcurement@etf.wi.gov  Late submissions will not be accepted.
