The Annual Comprehensive Financial Report of the Wisconsin Department of Employee Trust Funds for the year ended December 31, 2023 provides comprehensive information about ETF, the Wisconsin Retirement System, and other benefit programs administered by ETF.
Two questions I am typically asked: How did the Trust Funds perform? What can we expect this year? I realized that my yearly answers don't change much.
The Group Insurance Board reviewed a comparative analysis of Group Health Insurance Program plan designs. It also approved premium increases for the Wisconsin Public Employers Group Life Insurance Program.

The results of the 3-year investigation of experience of the Wisconsin Retirement System are presented in this report. The investigation was made for the purpose of updating the actuarial assumptions used in valuing the actuarial liabilities of the Wisconsin Retirement System in compliance with Section 40.03(5)(b) of the Wisconsin Statutes.
