The Wisconsin Public Employers Group Life Insurance Program is a benefit available to employees of employers who participate in
the WRS or a private pension program.

For the 2025 plan year, the health benefits decision guide will continue to be a printed guide, as a companion piece to the collection of web pages found on the ETF website. Please let ETF know by July 12, 2024 how many paper guides you would like.

For UWs only: This job aid will help employees of the UWs select the correct qualifying life event or change reason in My Insurance Benefits.
