Encourage your employees to get moving this fall with round two of the Invitational challenge. In this challenge, teams compete against each other for the most steps or minutes of exercise.
Income received from the WebMD program or the Wellness Incentive from your health plan provider is taxable. You will receive a W-2 statement from ETF if you are covered under the state group health insurance program and you and/or your dependents received a wellness incentive from your health plan provider or from WebMD.

Participants can either complete a short on-site appointment at various locations or request a self-collection kit. Completing a screening counts toward the $150 Well Wisconsin incentive, with deadline on October 17.
