ETF has updated its gender change policy, effective November 1, 2022. The updated policy simplifies the process for members submitting gender change requests to ETF.
Effective immediately, employers must send ETF this form to verify that they have personally viewed their employees’ original required documents to verify benefit coverage eligibility.
The myETF Benefits System will now show errors if a marital status or marital status date is not supplied when entering transactions manually or sending XML files. These error messages were added to improve customer service and reduce contract activity errors.
