The Well Wisconsin program is available to subscribers and spouses enrolled in the Group Health Insurance Program via a partnership with WebMD. Participants can earn a taxable $150 gift card by completing a health check, health assessment, and well-being activity.

The new Well Wisconsin portal is simpler, easier to use, and more customized to your personal experience. Complete a health assessment, health check, well-being activity to earn a gift card.
Check off the “well-being activity” portion of your Well Wisconsin incentive when you complete one Daily Habits plan by logging in every day of your chosen activity period and reporting your progress.
