Your WRS account information is confidential, and no one can receive information about or make changes to your account unless authorized. You can authorize another person to make changes to your account by submitting a financial power of attorney document to ETF.
The ETF Board approved WRS contribution rates for 2026, including rates for Wis. Stat. § 40.65 protective occupation duty disability and the Wisconsin Sick Leave Credit Conversion programs.
WRS annuitants who have met all terms and conditions associated with having a valid termination and meeting the minimum break in service requirement may return to work for a WRS employer.
File a copy of this form with each of your former retirement systems each time you become covered under a new retirement system, for limited reciprocity between the three public employee retirement systems in Wisconsin.
