If you are an employee of the state, UW Hospitals and Clinics, or the Universities of Wisconsin (including Craft Workers), you may be eligible to receive up to $2,000 from your employer if you opt out of health insurance coverage under the State of Wisconsin Group Health Insurance Program.

Supplemental vision coverage provides annual eye exams and coverage allowances towards glasses or contact lenses for employees, retirees, and their covered dependents.
During Open Enrollment, you may have the option to enroll in vision insurance. This video will provide you with an overview of vision insurance and how to access your benefit information.
