The ASLCC and SHICC programs were created by Wis. Stat. § 40.05 (4) (b). The ASLCC Program was first authorized in 1972; the SHICC program was first authorized in 1995.

ETF has updated its gender change policy, effective November 1, 2022. The updated policy simplifies the process for members submitting gender change requests to ETF.
The myETF Benefits System will now show errors if a marital status or marital status date is not supplied when entering transactions manually or sending XML files. These error messages were added to improve customer service and reduce contract activity errors.
