New users must complete account activation before they can log in to any of the ETF Web Applications for Employers. Account activation requires you to create a password and enroll in Password Self-Service by providing answers to a series of questions. These questions are used to validate your identity when you call into ETF for password reset or when you complete an online account recovery.
Note: Do not share your username or password for any reason. The designated employer agent must complete the Online Access Security Agreement (ET-8928) to grant access to additional users or revoke access when necessary. ETF can only assist the assigned user with password resets or unlocking an account.
As part of transferring files to SharePoint Online you will need to use Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). MFA is a modern technology that is used to secure accounts and data across many different business applications. To get started with MFA, please see the Employer Multi-Factor Authentication Guide.
