Virtual Fitness Class Series, March 10 through April 14
Mondays at 4 pm CT
Join our 6-week fitness class series to help you achieve a healthy back by strengthening the core, hips, and glutes. This series will focus on mobility and strengthening exercises designed to improve posture, decrease low back pain and improve the quality of activities of daily living. This class is suitable for all fitness levels but should not replace the advice or care plan from a health care provider.
