2023 Employee Reimbursement Account and Health Savings Account Administrative Fees

There will be no Employee Reimbursement Account (ERA) employer administrative fee per health insurance contract per month for the 2023 plan year. This is a decrease of $1.43 from 2022. The significant decrease to the ERA fee is related to the forfeitures during the 2021 - 2022 plan years. Forfeitures are used to offset administrative expenses. 

There is no change to the Health Savings Account (HSA) employer administrative fee for 2023. It will remain at $0.25 per health insurance contract per month for the 2023 plan year.
