The State of Wisconsin Supplemental Insurance Program is an employee pay-all optional insurance program for state active employees, continuants and retirees.
If you are the owner of a WRS account from which a WRS death benefit or life insurance benefit would be payable upon your death, you may file a beneficiary designation.
Re-enroll for group health insurance coverage during the annual It’s Your Choice open enrollment period or after an involuntary loss of your comparable non-state coverage, if eligible.

The No Surprises Act (the Act) is a part of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021 (CAA). The CAA was passed by the U.S. Congress in December of 2020.
