Act 20 Health Insurance Feasibility Study: Spousal Exclusion and Employee Opt Out

Wisconsin Act 20 actuarial study analyzing the feasibility of excluding from state employee health insurance coverage a spouse or domestic partner who has health insurance coverage available through his or her employer. Life Insurance
