Retirement appointments with a benefits specialist are for non-retired members who have received a Retirement Benefit Estimate and Application (ET-4301) and retirement packet. See the Planning for Retirement section for more information.
Plan ahead: Sign up early. It may take up to 6 weeks for an appointment to be scheduled. Wait times may change based upon availability.
Choose either an online or by phone private, individual appointment. All appointments are provided at no charge.
