The DeltaVision premium is an additional monthly cost and is not included in your health insurance premium. Employers do not contribute to the premiums for this plan.
Most retirees have their vision premium deducted from their monthly Wisconsin Retirement System annuity payment. Retirees also have the option of monthly paper billing or ACH debit from their bank account.
