Due to COVID-19, encouraging employees to get their flu vaccination this fall carries extra importance. WebMD Health Services has implemented additional precautions to support a safe flu clinic at employer locations to help prevent the spread of bacteria and viruses. There are two options for flu clinics: a standard indoor clinic, or a drive-through clinic.
Employers may host flu clinics for their employees and spouses enrolled in the State of Wisconsin or Wisconsin Public Employers Group Health Insurance Program between August 16 – December 17, 2021.
To request a clinic (minimum event size of 20 people) at your location, complete this survey as early as possible (60 days prior is recommended) to ensure WebMD Health Services can accommodate your request. Flu clinics may NOT be held on the same day as a Well Wisconsin onsite health screening event.
Please review the following on-site flu clinic site coordinator guide resources for further details on what to expect at the flu clinics and your responsibilities as a site coordinator.
