The State of Wisconsin Group Health Insurance Program is an employer-sponsored program offering group health coverage to employees of state agencies, the UW System, UW Hospitals & Clinics Authority, participating local government employers, and annuitants (and their insured survivors).
The Local Employer Health Insurance Standards, Guidelines and Administration Manual (ET-1144) has been revised as of December 2021. Please disregard any previous versions of this manual. You can see a summary of the changes here.
The Well Wisconsin Program achieved a significant first in 2023 by attaining its goal of surpassing 50,000 participants earning their $150 incentive. Well Wisconsin participants also experienced valuable and real health improvements.
ETF recently hosted its annual open enrollment kickoff meeting virtually for state and local employers for plan year 2022. Recordings of these events are now available.
