The results of the 3-year investigation of experience of the Wisconsin Retirement System are presented in this report. The investigation was made for the purpose of updating the actuarial assumptions used in valuing the actuarial liabilities of the Wisconsin Retirement System in compliance with Section 40.03(5)(b) of the Wisconsin Statutes.
This report presents the results of the annual actuarial valuation of benefit liabilities and costs of the Local Income Continuation Insurance Plan as of December 31, 2017.
Plan certification is required for any transfer of pre-tax funds from a retirement plan to the Wisconsin Retirement System for the purpose of buying permissive service credit.

This report presents the results of the annual actuarial valuation of benefit liabilities and costs of the Duty Disability Program as of December 31, 2023.
An eligible expense is a health care service, treatment, or item the IRS states can be paid for without taxes. Eligible expenses can be incurred by you, your spouse, or qualified dependents. The Health Savings Account (HSA) can only be used to pay for eligible medical expenses incurred after your HSA was established.
