Sick leave is an important fringe benefit available to State of Wisconsin employees and employees of certain public authorities. Most employees earn and, depending on usage, will accumulate hours of unused sick leave while they are employed with the state or certain public authorities.
This form gives ETF and entities that perform contracted services for ETF permission to release your designated medical information to a person or entity specified by you.
The results of the three-year investigation from 1/1/2018-12/31/2020 of experience of the Wisconsin Sick Leave Conversion Credit Programs are presented in this report.
This program allows eligible, retired public safety officers to have medical, vision, dental and long-term care insurance premiums deducted directly from their WRS monthly annuity payments.
