In this class, we’ll use workout techniques inspired by ballet, yoga, and Pilates. It includes low-impact, high-intensity movements designed to strengthen your body. This class is designed for all fitness levels and may incorporate light-hand weights. If you don’t have weights, we’ll provide alternative options. The ASLCC and SHICC programs were created by Wis. Stat. § 40.05 (4) (b). The ASLCC Program was first authorized in 1972; the SHICC program was first authorized in 1995.
