New toolkits are available each quarter to help create more engagement in challenges and create a culture of well-being across your worksite. Use our ready-to-implement resources to offer employer-sponsored activities on a variety of health topics. Employees who participate can earn well-being activity credit in the Well Wisconsin incentive program.

Do you have your own activities plan? View the Employer-Sponsored Activities Guide to learn how to submit a request for approval for the Well Wisconsin incentive program. If you are interested in using resources from last year or have questions about toolkits, email wellwi-employersupport@webmd.net.

Provide health education and during the challenge with our handouts on Creating a Comfortable Sleep Environment, Sleep and Heart Health, and The Effects of Blue Light.

Learn more in the Site Coordinator Screening Guide. Share the HDL, LDL, and Triglycerides handout that covers the differences between the different types of cholesterol and tips for keeping numbers in check. You can also submit a request to offer the “Biometrics – Know Your Numbers” presentation by the WebMD team.

Looking for a wellness break activity to add to your next meeting? Check out our Well Wisconsin Mindfulness Coloring Sheets. Submit a request to host the “Self-Care Isn’t Selfish” presentation.

Physical Activity Toolkit

As you encourage participation in the Move for a Million challenge, remind employees that they have the option of syncing a fitness device in the Well Wisconsin portal or Converting Activity to Steps. Provide health education and motivation for movement with a variety of handouts, including 8 Tips to Keep your Exercise Routine on Track, Exercise for Arthritis, and Health Benefits of Walking.

Encourage employees to participate in a local 5K as an employer-sponsored activity and use our 5 Weeks to 5K program. The Train for a 5K flyer can be used to encourage participation, and there’s space at the bottom of the flyer to communicate details like meeting times for onsite walking groups or details to register for the 5K. The WebMD team will be leading 5K workshops the week of April 22 around the state. You can also promote these opportunities.
