ETF has started distributing the WRS Annual Statement of Benefits to members. The statement is a non-retired members' once-a-year summary of their retirement account information.

This report presents the annual actuarial valuations of non-retired members covered by the Wisconsin Retirement System as of December 31, 2010.

Completing and signing this agreement authorizes ETF to withdraw funds through the Automated Clearing House (ACH) procedure from the WRS employer account listed.
