The Department of Employee Trust Fund’s mission is to have quality benefits and services for our customers while protecting the Trust. There are five boards, required by law, that are responsible for programs run by the Department. The ETF Board is both the overall governing body for the Department and the general policy-setting and trustee board for the WRS. The following chart shows the structure of our organization and relationships to the boards.
