Before attending a live training session, all employers should watch the My Insurance Benefits Member Experience video. This 30-minute video will help you understand the member experience, so you can better assist employees using the system. It covers basic navigation, new hire enrollment, dependent verification, and enrolling during qualifying life events.

- Employers offering health, supplemental, life, and income insurance (ICI) should attend the full five-course training series.
- Employers offering only life and ICI insurance should attend the My Insurance Benefits Overview course tailored to your benefits offerings.
