As part of our modernization journey, ETF is partnering with Benefitfocus to implement a best practices-based, fully integrated Insurance Administration System (IAS).

The new IAS will:

  • Support administration for ETF-administered health, dental, vision, accident, life, and income continuation insurances.
  • Replace our current health insurance system, myETF Benefits (MEBS).
  • Provide one source of data for employee information related to ETF-administered benefits.
